Beth Rudy

Beth holds a BS in Business Administration from Millersville University, and was consistently a top performing account executive with Pearson, the world’s largest education publishing company. There she served as a trusted advisor to the President, helping his team explore new ideas, discover solutions to critical problems, illuminate organizational blind spots, and navigate the road ahead.

While working for Scantron Survey Services, a subsidiary of Harland Clarke, the world’s largest check printing company, Beth helped principal investigators at some of the largest and most respected research institutions on the East Coast collect mission critical data. She regularly interacted with the C-Suite at some of the largest and most competitive financial institutions in the North East providing them with significant intelligence to measure results, drive profitability, manage the customer experience, expand wallet share, and retain top talent.

A certified lean practitioner, Beth is an out-side-the-box thinker who analyzes work flow to identify gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiencies and influence positive, sustainable change.
