David McMurray is a consultant, trainer and executive presenter.
For 17 years prior to joining Insight Management Consulting, David was the Director of Consulting Services for Scantron Survey Services (a division of Harland Clarke).
In that capacity, he oversaw a wide range of customer and employee engagement surveys – including the overall research study design, advanced statistical analysis and executive debriefs.
Client markets included primarily banking, insurance and healthcare. He has also conducted hundreds of classes and presentations on opinion survey fundamentals, including writing effective survey questions, sampling, reporting, data analysis and interpretation.
David worked previously for VitalSmarts (formally Praxis), where he was in the first group to certify to teach Path To Dialogue, the forerunner to Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability.
He is currently certified to teach Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability and Personify Leadership. His training clients include manufacturing, Federal Government, and military organizations.
David holds an undergraduate degree in Choral Music Education from the University of Utah and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
