Tim has worked with several training and education companies, helping them with customer retention, acquisition, user support, and software improvement/development. Tim also has extensive experience as an academic researcher and is a published author in peer-reviewed academic journals.
In addition to various technical skills, Tim also boasts a diverse background leading self-improvement training, life coaching sessions, and both small and large group trainings. Tim has had extensive experience as an event planner as well as an MC, and has led and directed trainings and events for several different organizations. He also has experience performing as a musician, and uses the skills acquired in performing to augment trainings with composure and presence.
